Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognizing high performance and recommending for promotion
Organizational and Time management skills
Job Requirements
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Advanced Excel knowledge (Macros, Pivot tables)
Working knowledge of MS-Project
Decision-making skills
Basic knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
2 years as a Team Lead in US Healthcare
Span of control 50 – 75 employees
